How do I know the bead is popped?

You can feel the bead in the filter; it’s in the center of the filter tip under the handy “Pop Here” label. Squeeze the filter gently with increasing pressure until you feel the bead crush. You may hear a satisfying “pop” sound as well. Pro Tip: roll the filter between your finger and thumb a few times after the bead has been popped to maximize flavour.
